terrible week
Sunday made me sad/mad. Well, Stev made me sad/mad. I'm over it now but it was the wrong week out of the month for him to throw a temper tantrum. I realized though, that I need to go out of my way to make sure he has his own space and time. Not that I hound him for his free time. Most of the time he is eager to come over or have me over or go out or something. However, I don't think he realizes that he needs his own time to spend doing stupid guy stuff. And I think that's what Sunday's tantrum was about. I never asked him to sleepover Saturday night, and I didn't ask him to stick around on Sunday. He wanted to and then all of a sudden he wants to go outside or play video games and he's so jealous of his brothers who spend their free time playing video games. I took it personally but I shouldn't have. Maybe I'm making excuses but he has limited free time when other people are around. I suppose I'll just have to make a point to ditch him on the occasional Sunday or Saturday afternoon.
Yesterday was terrible at work. The pharmacist was a temp and they're basically useless. A warm body with a license really. I dont like that my company thinks its ok to send these people who know nothing and not compensate me for it. Obviously when you send these people to a store, the technician there has to do the job of the pharmacist because the temp doesn't know how. So these corporate assholes send these warm bodies and just expect the techs to make sure the work is done. And that's not fair. If I'm doing the job of the pharmacist, I need to paid accordingly. And if I'm doing the job of two people (tech AND rph) I need to be accordingly. Its bullshit and its tech abuse. I'm fucking tired of it. I can't wait to be useless at a new store and just shrug when the temp asks me how to do something. Sorry, I don't know either. Sorry customer, you can't have your meds today. Better call corporate and complain. Anyway, because of this temp I ended up staying at work 2 hours late and I was EXHAUSTED! Big Brother was kinda boring too. Boo.
The only thing that will make this week better is if my laptop comes today! I need it. Badly. Really though, I just want it badly. I've been itchy all week too. I think I'm diseased. On a happier note, I found out that in Michigan 'they' give you 10 cents for every soda bottle you return. Guess who plans to make a small fortune during her 3 day jaunt in Michigan?? Me. Between me and Nicole, large quantities of bottled product are consumed daily. I plan to cash in on our garbage. Something thats been making me sad: The free Ojon shampoo and conditioner I got from the QVC Beauty Bash is now making my hair greasy. I need to go buy new shampoo and conditioner. Its unfair.
