Tamales!
In continuing with the tradition of self mutilation (for some reason I always hurt myself when I'm cooking) through the culinary arts, I'm making tamales today!
If you're interested in bartering a little slave labor, I'll gladly reward you with mazza rolled tasty meat goodness! I also made a pot of pinto beans that's coming along very nicely.
We'll be getting started sometime between 1 and 2, so, if you'd rather be anywhere then where you are, come on over!
For those of you unavailable for the messy fun part, you are also welcome to join in assisting in eating all these lovey bits of tasty joy. Just call ahead so we can save you a few and let us know when you can come.
