A HUGE part of self love is self care. Taking the time to do these little things, with the faith that it will somehow benefit you eventually, is vital. For most of my life, I only focused on Physical and Mental self care. Including Emotional and Spiritual is just as important! I'm sure not everyone would agree with me on this, but on my own personal journey, finding some foothold in spirituality has been the most dramatic improvement I've ever made with my mental health. I'll save that for another entry.
