I am tired of screwing around with Sydney and his harassing emails. He has sent the most horrible emails all weekend long. So I took the first legal step this morning and sent him his demand letter. This is how it goes:

I am writing to demand payment of the money you owe me. This money is due and owing because In November of 2002, I loaned you $400.00 so that you could repair a tire on your Celica. You have never repaid me. I am claiming $1168.00. The $1168 is calculated as : $400.00 for the original loan, $768.00 for the 8% interest for each month (December 2002 - November 2005) ($32.00 x 24 months = $768.00), for a total of $1168.00. If I do not receive $1168.00 within the next 15 days, I will be forced to pursue this matter in court. Please forward payment to the above address immediately to avoid any further action.
