So I have this ex that keeps sending out mass e-mails and I'm on his list. I wanted to ignore him, but I couldn't resist the humor in it all. When we were dating, over three years ago, we were riding four-wheelers and somehow he lost his grandfather's dogtags, from WWII. Well, I found them this weekend ( Read more... )

I don't think your plan is unreasonable at all. It's a fine plan indeed.

I thought so too. :) Good. $400 would be handy for doing some Christmas shopping.

It's just enough for you to buy me something really nice! Thanks in advance!

LOL! You have to let me know what you want first, silly!

I go all out for Christmas, so if I actually knew your name and address, I more than likely WOULD get you something. :) I'm worse than a kid.

Heh! I'm not too big on presents just for the sake of presents. I just like to suggest that people buy me things - some day I will meet my sugar mama! :)

My Amazon Wishlist is atrocious. It's okay to wish though.

The only thing I'm really asking for this year is the Godfather Trilogy in Full Screen and a pair of racing goggles. I think I can pull that off.

Full screen?! EW! :)

I sure hope that between family and friends they can get you those things! That's not much!

Yep, still full screen. I'm too cheap to buy a wide screen yet. :P

Black bars are a small price to pay for getting to see the whole picture! :)

This is true!

My brother just bought one of those plasma TV's. Large screen. It's realllllly nice. But you can afford those things when you're a supervisor for General Mills.

I don't have any idea how affluent their supervisors are. I forget that GM exists in places other than here! Maybe I should get a job at the corporate offices if they pay so well. :)

They pay well, period. Even the line workers and secretaries. My brother just started about 3 years ago as a shift foreman, and he's now making over $60k a year.

He takes a step up the ladder every year, so yaeh, it is good.

He's had an offer to move to Albuquerque. I don't know if he will or not. I hope not.

Has he ever been to Albuquerque? It would probably make up his mind in no time.

He loves it there, but he doesn't want to jerk his kids out of the school they're used to and their sports. Plus, all of his family and my sister-in-law's is here in Ohio.
