Wine, wine, wine!!!
Well, I've bottles up the elderflower now and made a start on the plum/damson...
Next one will be rosehip. A tried and tested/tasted one I've done a few times.
And I also need to visit the local pear trees to see how they're doing. I want to give pear wine another go too...
