*blush* Could anyone of Japanese-speakers here please provide me with a translation of the talk between Aya and his boss in the epilogue of "Fight Fire with Fire"? We are trying to figure out more info on the "100 Council" here...

Basically what he's saying is, 100 Council was founded 180 years ago, and they're fighting some kind of "revolution" all this time. In order to do so, they need to have strong conviction. Therefore, Rule #1 is, once you join, you cannot quit. Aya asks, what if you want to quit anyways? He answers, we'll send an assassin after you. That is Rule #2.
The man then says that in these 2 years, Aya has proved himself an honorable and strong person again and again. Why quit now?
Aya says there was an exam when he first joined up. Pack a 6 shooter with one bullet and press it to your own temple and pull the trigger. The man says Aya was able to pass that test, thereby expressing his strong will to fight against evil.
"I'll prove it once more," Aya says. He packs a bullet into his gun as he explains that he's not sure that what he's doing is so grand as to call it a "revolution" as this man says. He plans to quit this organization and return to Japan. But whether he's in Japan or America, he'll be doing the same kind of work.
The man asks why he will go through this much just to return to Japan.
Aya replies, "It's probably because that is where I belong." He pulls the trigger.
