I assume a specific film star has to be mentioned for the tenth? I can think of two songs including one top-five song which are about a nameless "film star".

At the thirteenth, does the Royal have to be mentioned by name? "Goodbye English Rose" at the start of the 1997 version of Elton John's Candle in the Wind refers to Princess Diana, but her name doesn't appear in the song.

At the sixteenth hole, does the woman have to exist? I mean, Hey Jude arguably fits the definition as written.

Does Treason count as a non-violent crime?

A film star must be mentioned by name - there are *countless* possibilities.

The royal muyst be mentioned by name or title: "King Tut" or "The Sultan or Jalalalbad" are both fine, but 'England's Rose' isn't.

The woman doesn't have to exist, no - however, "Hey Jude" wouldn't count, given it is commonly know to have been addressed to Julian Lennon :-)

Oh, and yes, treason counts as a non-violent crime, providingit doesn't refer to anything known to be an armed insurrection, bombing or assassination.
