wendymr  posted this hilarious vid on her page a few weeks ago, and I've found this comic (below the cut) floating about LJ today.  So for those of you tired of angsting over the election tomorrow, here's a little Who humor.

LMAO! Goofy is being way too smart about it. But nobody out thinks the man with the brainy specs! Didn't he regenerate in San Francisco once? I'm sure that counts as making him a natural-born citizen!

Goofy's response was a raspberry and the comment, "He's English!" Arguments as to his original birthplace are cast aside as unimportant. He's now asking for his birth certificate.

I'm fairly sure that a bit of psychic paper would stand in for a birth certificate, right? ;-)

A Gallifreyan isn't a natural born citizen. (Although he meets the over-35 requirement, 30 times over...)

Btw, any opinions on what type of Doctor you'd like to see for #11? Would there be a particular type that would interest you in the show more?
