tasyfa, I'm calling today a lost cause. However in my case, I'm blaming
cookie2697 and Rick Springfield.
Anne is sending me emails filled with tantalizing spoilers about Doctor Who S4 and Torchwood S3. She'll probably post about them later, and in far more coherent detail than I'm capable of at this point, so I'll leave that to her.
And in the process of my marketing work for our Rick Springfield shows, I found out that he has a reggae version of Jesse's Girl up on his myspace page. Don't ask me why, but I think that just broke my brain. Very odd.
Also, for the record, Richard Marx has shaved his head bald. No idea why. But he still kicks ass when he sings "Right Here Waiting." He's performing at our theatre in May with Matt Scannell from Vertical Horizon. Does anyone else remember what Roswell episode it was when they played VH's song "Everything You Want"? I'm thinking S2 or early S3, because I remember there were longing looks being traded between Max and Liz as she rebuffed him while it played on the Crashdown's jukebox. Oh, the angst of it all!
And seriously, Anne's killing me. How on earth am I supposed to concentrate on Cooking Demonstrations for my Italian Fests when I'm busy wondering about Doctor Who?
