Headhunters
I know some of you have mentioned in the past that you've worked with headhunters. Anyone able to pass along some advice?
My brother-in-law is ridiculously overqualified for his job as a chemistry professor at a private university. His contract is up this spring and he's looking for a new job, possibly in the private sector since he's getting a bit tired of teaching and is more interested in pure research. He's never worked with a headhunter before, but asked me if I knew anything about it, including how to get in touch with one.
Anybody able to offer some pointers on what's involved and if it's advisable?
