Two non-HP Questions
1) Do any of y'all have a particularly good insurance company you use that is NOT a group health plan? I need to research insurance policies that are not provided by one's business. Anybody have pointers for me? I'm hoping with how many of y'all are self-employed you might have some suggestions.
2) I need to fix my company website. It bloooooows. It's dreadful. I'm absolutely embarrassed by it. We don't have the budget for a web designer, so I'm going to try and take over some elements of it on my own until we can afford a designer. For starters, I need to have a searchable database online of all the talent (bands, etc.) that we work with. Does anyone have suggestions on where I could start researching the software I'd need to do this? I also want to get us on a new server as ours has been ticking me off lately. So if you've got any pointers for me in researching servers or web software, I'd be extremely grateful.
