It's called 草の名は知らずめづらし花を咲く、which loosely translates to "An unknown stem blooms a beautiful flower". Pretty pictures, fairly work-safe, and lots of Sakamoto. In fact, I think Sakamoto's in this damn thing more than Gintoki.
