Gin this is so cool! I love your shot for shot comparaisons of the NHM in real life and the one you created! So cool! You definitely know your way around this place and while I've done a tiny bit of museum theory it mostly has to do with art and only a tiny bit on cambinets of curiosities so I love love love all your thoughts about it.
And I have to say it again, this chapter, side story, background story, interlude...whatever you want to call it. Was SO AWESOME. I do love your normal light way of writing but you totally showed you could take on grim and intense with the RR and this stepped it up even more and definitely did not disappoint. I loved what a seemless introduction to Cadence's Background and the Tricou story it was, it really all did seem to come together so perfectly and naturally, I never would've known you didn't plan for the two stories to be interconnected from the beginning. I can't wait to see more of the Tricous in the future and I'm biting my nails to see what happens on this whole death and ressurrection deal and what not with the Orphans. So awesome!
I am so so pleased you liked what I did and also this too! It's been really cool to be able to bring somewhere I spend so much of my time into my Legacy world, and some of those shots I'm really proud of (especially the balcony one!), so it's cool to be able to show you guys. I would love to lie and say "Oh yeeeees, I knew it all from the beginning!" but I so totally didn't, I cannot believe it came together so well :P Clearly it was all meant to be!
