Does anyone else wonder how they made the jump, or is it just me?
Italian scientists have apparently created a pill that , when you take it with a glass of water, makes you feel as if you've just eaten a bowl of pasta. Basically, it's a hydrogel, and when it absorbs the water you feel full.
All fine and dandy.
They discovered it while trying to make a more absorbent disposable nappy.
Anyone else grimacing and trying to banish that image from their head?
