Concentrate!

I broke Parvati's arm today. Okay, not directly, but it was at least partially my fault. And Colin's. We were talking instead of watching out for her. That is our JOB! We are there to guard the others. Our conversation could have waited until we were finished. I am so selfish. I was thinking of my needs above the teams. I am surprised that ( Read more... )

I don't know about Oliver, Gin.

He seems like such a Casanova. The love 'em and leave 'em type. A 'wham, bam, thank you ma'am' kind of guy. A player. A Don Juan. A dallying man. The predator to your prey. The seductor to your seductee!

Really, you'd be better off with someone, you know, a bit more stable. How about Denis?

Which is why I think you should send those 'cyber' flowers back with a little note saying, 'Thanks, but no thanks Mr. Wood.' Honestly. Even his last name's a bit of an innuendo.

Honestly Colin,
you are being mean. Oliver is a nice man :)

I am not being mean. I am being honest.

And I am sorry if this honesty offends.

Well, honesty does not offend, just the fact that you are exaggerating. Oliver is not that bad

I live to exaggerate, my dear Susan.

But by saying that Oliver is not that bad, you are inadvertantly saying that he is somewhat bad - though not as much as I have portrayed him to be - which still says a lot about Mr. Wood's character.

And Wood, if you're reading this - I love you, you know that, right? You are my hero.

Yes, of course I know what I was inadvertantly saying, Oliver is by no means an Angel, but he is a good man. I was just merely pointing out that you were being a bit harsh.

Oliver is a flirt, Susan, but that by no means detract from his character. In fact, I rather like him that way; it's part of his charm.

Those flowers, Mister Creevey, were a token of friendship, and an apology for the TERRIBLE advice I dished out to Ginny on your account. And for the record, I do not "love 'me and leave 'em". Other way around, as I am sure you heard, I recently was left quite hurt because I wanted to date Cho Chang, who was emotionally involved with Fred Weasley. Now, let me ask you this: why would I jump back into the same situation, Colin, when it is obvious she only has eyes for you at the time?

On that note, Ginny, love, don't make the all too common mistake of trying to get over a heartbreak by jumping right into another relationship. Believe me, it's never a good idea. Aside from that, you know that if we ever did date, I'd have six very angry Weasley brothers ready and waiting to see what I look like bloody and beaten to a pulp.

Creevey, it would behoove you to sort out your own romantic puzzles before sticking your nose into mind. You know NOTHING about which you speak.
