Locked to Jamie
The hotel has six floors. The top is one huge suite, the bottom two are amenities, conference areas, and offices, and the middle three have rooms. We can have them set up however we'd like -- singles or doubles and adjoining or not or we can even open it up to mimic the penthouse. There's flexibility. But it defaults to 30 double rooms. And there are also eight cabins on the property, in between the beach front and the main building, that can hold up to six people comfortably, or more if couples share.
Nearly everyone has accepted, we just need to decide how to arrange the rooms.

We can make some assumptions about who wants to room together, of course. Amelia wants to bring her cat... Transportation is all taken care of and everyone already has proper travel documentation and medical files. My dad is putting together a parental permission document for everyone under 18 but I think that's more his problem? We'll have full staff and access.
