Fucking hell, I can't believe I actually watched an episode of Lucky Star (no thanks to my cousin *hi!!! ^_^*). It's draining my IQ!!! Good thing there's Death Note and Fate/Stay Night to make my brain work again. XD

I finally decided to go to the Mangaholix MangaMania event, but I'll be there mainly to support my friend who's cosplaying, as well as protect her from the rabid fanboys who would try to molest her. I'm costripping together with another friend, though. I'll see if I could pull off a harajuku-ish look (I say ish because I don't have anything outrageous enough in my closet). Either way, I'll just bring my retractable daggers and shiny throwing disc (which used to be 2 malfunctioning blank CDs) for good measure. ^_^

I don't know if I should cosplay Rin Tousaka (her red turtleneck and black skirt outfit) in the Animax convention this July...
Advantages:
- it's not that expensive when compared to her school outfit + red coat (which I probably couldn't afford), plus I don't need a wig (but maybe I'll buy contacts)
- I'm skinny enough to carry it well (or so they say)
- I can wear it in school
- I can mix it with my other clothes
Disadvantages:
- I'm not pretty enough
- I have to lengthen the skirt to mid-thigh because I am totally not comfortable with a skirt that covers just my butt + 2 inches below it... plus the fact that knee-high socks don't go well with very short skirts (because apparently, thigh-high socks are non-existent in the Philippines).
- I might have to forfeit cosplaying Nanao Ise this November (I'm supposed to be part of a Bleach group together with my friends) if I decide to cosplay Rin
and the biggest disadvantage...
...my mother doesn't know that I want to cosplay Rin, and she hasn't given me her whole approval to cosplay Nanao either.

It's the frosh welcoming thing in DLSU and I absolutely heart our booth. It's full of mecha stuff and Hello Kitties. XD And I still have to make paper shuriken for additional souvenirs.
I do hate what I have to do during the room-to-room, though. I have to be perky and everything. XP But it's for the sake of our org, so I guess I could tolerate it. *whee~ go NKK! XD*
