First week after vacation.

This past week was enjoyable enough. I had a bunch of new classes, it being the start of the third term and all.

ENGLCOM (English Communications)
Our professor came from the same school as I did (which explains why I felt "those vibes" from her). I'm classmates with [VJ] Iya too (some of our original blockmates were actually envoius of us, which is weird), but we just call her Elaine.

JAPALA2 (Japanese Language 2)
Same professor as last term (which many of us are thankful for). I'm just a bit worried about the subject matter since we have to learn about 50 more kanji.

KASPIL1 (Kasaysayang Pilipino 1)
Research, write and report. This will be my KASPIL1 life. [sarcasm]Joy.[/sarcasm]

PERSEF1 (Personal Effectiveness 1)
We have Ms. Rhia for our facilitator (yayness! ^_^). I really don't know what to expect from this subject... ^_^;;

STATLIT (Statistical Literacy)
Again, I don't know what to expect from this class, except on how to correctly interpret statistics and those probability rates... I really hope I'll get a decent grade here.

TREDONE (Theology and Religious Education 1)
I'll actually get to use my learnings from Asian Literature back in second year high school in this subject. Who knew?

FWSPORT (Individual Sports)
We're taking up swimming, and I like it. 'Nuff said.

NSTP-R2 (ROTC 2)
Our first training day is still on the 20th. I'm slightly dreading AGTI.

I got some cool stuff on my birthday too.
Leanne - laminated cards (anime, of course) of yaoi(!!!) and emo bishounen
Leanne, Karla and Pk - the expensive chocolate ice cream from Yellow Cab
My sister - incense (sandalwood scent)... she knows me too well. ^_^
My cousin - Faber-Castell Watercolor Pencils... I originally wanted a set of 12 but *squee* I now have a set of 24!!!
Jasmine - a very delicious homemade chocolate cake which I wasn't able to finish because I had a cough (and I still have it)

Thanks to all those who greeted me on my birthday, whether it was through sms, YIM, commenting on my journal/s or ceaselessly greeting me throughout the day in DLSU. Those mattered more than the gifts, so thank you. There are too many of you to mention, but you guys know who you are anyway. *hugs for everyone*

We went out yesterday too. We ate out at CPK and played guitar freaks and Drum Mania at Quantum after that. People kept looking at us because we kept singing along to those songs that we knew (such as Rewrite). :P
