Fun-fact: when I was little I loved to make macrame bracelets and necklaces. They were some of the most godawful ugly things you've ever seen, but I wore so many of them that you literally could not see most of my neck or lower arms until they just fell off my body. I was a total whiz at making those things. Then I left daycare and completely forgot how to do everything.
Well the other day at the library, I saw a book on macrame, and I thought, what the hell. Except then I remembered that you could put beads on them, and that I there are beads with letters on them out there in the world. Letters that can spell things. And hearts. Always the hearts.
ANYWAY, long story short: I made myself a bracelet of fannish love tonight. Since it's bandom I won't talk about it a lot, but I just wanted to tell you all this:
I HAVE TINY WRISTS. Like, literally, I had the shortest amount of string ever to work with, and I'd added a few inches to it because it looked too short. It's just the right size now, and it's blue, and I'm a little in love.
So yeah. The end.
