That's Paris Hilton, a commonplace harlot even by today's loose standards. However, the outrageous thing is that she is attempting to emulate Audrey Hepburn, the queen of class. You ever heard of the movie Breakfast at Tiffany's? This is the look she sported in that movie, and is one of the most well-known images of class and loveliness. A lot of people are pissed that she would try and make herself look of a better standard than she is by trying to copy that image.
