there's this crazy old guy that wanders around with a yard stick measuring how far cars are away from the curb and leaves notes if they're too far away. at night. i mean, WHAT?!

Oh we need one of those in our neighborhood; there's this crazy guy with a PORSCHE who parks it like a yard away from the curb so the fender is hanging out into the street, right? And he's in the way of like everyone backing out of their spaces but because he isn't the one driving it then he isn't the one with a problem. *rolls eyes* Some people just have to control EVERYTHING about everyone elses' lives.
