"What you are both experiencing is normal. But go back and re-read that article mom sent you. These problems are AMPLIFIED for Expat kids. You were brought up in luxury, didn't have to work and travelled the world. That has given you great vision but also is an anchor for you--you see possibilities, want to be there now, but hate all these baby steps required to get you there. Unfortuantely, that is just how it is. But at least you have the visions, the work ethic and the personalities to succeed." -Dad
