I think I just found my hero.
I went to a career panel for the arts, because I knew there would be a gallery curator there, which is what i want to do. and this lady was amazing. she is only 32. she has her own gallery, it's five years old. that means she started it when she was 27. opened up her own gallery! one of her clients is nicholas cage. she just sold 99 pieces of one of rollins' professor's works to a business. 99 pieces! and she was interviewed by cnn for the anderson cooper 360 thing. i am so inspired. i want to be this lady.
she has just inspired me to pursue my dream, which may sound cheesy, but i don't care.
and i'm really excited about it.
