The birthday get together was fun. A few people backed out because they weren't feeling well but all in all, a good time was had. San Juan arrived about an hour after we got there. It wasn't a big deal because we were all busy eating chips,salsa, queso and drinking margaritas and beer. He arrived and was surprised to see the extra people, cake and gifts.
My best friend ordered him a Dallas Cowboys cake. It turned out cute. I will post pictures of it later. I bought him a shirt that has a little stick figure on it that looks like he is falling and it says, "I do all my own stunts". This cracked him up as he has busted his ass on two seperate occasions in the past week. Kristi and Matt got him a BBQ grill cooking set and one of those travel folding chairs! He got some other stuff too.
Oh, and before you get on to me for only getting him a cheesy shirt, We celebrated his birthday last week and I took him to get a new truck stereo since his was stolen! I also bought him a CD for him to open on his actual birthday! So, yes, I am still a wonderful girlfriend! *grins*
