I've been listening to nothing but music that could be considered "Lolita" for a while to get into my lolita mindset, but it hasn't really worked. So I gave up and put on some Eisley.
And I discovered:
Three Eisley songs performed live give me chills.
Mr. Pine from the Head Against the Sky iTunes EP
I Wasn't Prepared
Head Against the Sky, only the version from the iTunes EP

Head Against the Sky is quite possibly one of my all time favorite songs. The music of it is incredably beautiful and the vocals could not get more perfect. They switched Stacy and Sherri's roles which I think is better. So it's:
Sherri - Opening verse, chorus, etc
Stacy - Chorus, second verse, etc
I swear Chauntelle is singing in this. Three voices can be heard distinctly.
Well, my internet has died again. While I am in the J-Rock RPG of course. It never dies when I don't want or need it.

Back to Chauntelle. I am convinced she wrote this song. It just strikes me as something for her to write. Her or Stacy. Why?
Chauntelle writes more rock sounding music, and this one reminds me of Pretender.
Stacy writes "Motherly" lyrics, like Golly Sandra (G-g-g-Golly Sandra/You've grown up pretty crazy/Have I been too denying of you/etc) and this one seems like what a mother would sing to a child.

But that's just my opinion.

The Dresden Dolls' concert is tomorrow. I found the setlist. From what I remember
Gravity
?
?
Baby One More Time w/Panic!'s singer
Coin-Operated Boy
?
Girl Anachronism
I've got a bad memory for setlists, obviously. For example all I remember for Eisley is:
Mr. Pine
Marvelous Things
The Escaping Song
Some more songs
Many Funerals
Invasion
I Could Be There For You
Head Against the Sky
Something
Something again
Yet another something
Trolley Wood
I probably got the entire setlist wrong, but you get the idea. And now I want to listen to I Could Be There For You. It's such an amazing song. I love Stacy's voice in the beginning.
Anyway, I have to go; I'm going to finish up my gurololi outfit.
