Whats in a name?

Just discovered that someone else is using the name Gingerwerewolf online. sometimes goes by the name g1ngerwerwolf, but has started nabbing the gingerwerewolf name too...

Trying to work out how I feel about this, as this is the second name related stress Ive had in a month.

If I set up a company I can get it Trademarked cant I? How much does it cost to start up a company?
