1. A Long December - Counting Crows
December is my favorite month, always has been. I love the key this is written in as well. The first line (A long December and there's reason to believe/Maybe this year will be better than the last) is my frame of mind every time New Year's rolls around.
2. The Little Things Give You Away - Linkin Park
oh stfu everyone. This song is based off of a visit to New Orleans after Katrina, and I love the chorus to death.
3. All Good Things (Come To An End) - Nelly Furtado Oh, come ON. I'm a sap for Chris Martin, and he dueted with Nelly Furtado in this song. <3333
4. Under the Milky Way - The Church Trust me, I love the Kill Hannah remake of this song, but the original is so poignant and wistful. I liked this song so much that I looked up the guitar tabs so that i could learn it.
5. My Gift of Silence - Blackfield Oh god. <33333 There are no words to describe my love for this song.
6. The Unforgiven - Apocalyptica First of all, this is my favorite Metallica song to begin with. But 'The Unforgiven' - vocals + cello instrumental? Pure, undiluted love. <3
7. Kokoro Odoru - nobodyknows+
Infectiously happy. magicalcow gave me the download and I can't stop listening to it even if I wanted to. =D The only happy song on my whole list xD
