While others are waiting, chained to machines, dying since they listed, and I wait six days.
I weep grateful tears for a life, given to me and six others, by a family willing to give of their child, their wife, their partner, their mother, to other desperate people, waiting. Always waiting.
She was a woman. She was twenty years old. I know nothing of herhow she died, what she lived, who she lovedbut I know that she came from a giving family.
Please live with me. I will live for you, if I can. Thank you.
I will follow you, will you follow me
All the days and nights that we know will be
I will stay with you, will you stay with me
Just one single tear in each passing year
