Right, I've got you down for a *yes* so I'll have to go away and have another bash at continuing that one then :D There is waaay too much Ten/Simm!Master out there (not that it isn't good, a lot of it is, but still, enough is enough!). I'm hoping for a bit of non-con and darkness in it too... if I can get my muse to stop staring at poor angsty Jack for five minutes.

I'm not normally one for introspection pieces, but I'm a sucker for Turlough and so tried this on the off-chance. I'm so glad I did! The mood of this is just right - kind of beaten but kind of not, weary, happy and sad, all at once. There were a couple of little phrases that tripped me on reading, but nothign major and this is such a lovely idea. You keep it just the right side of emo - I love the things he thinks he might do on his own in the TARDIS (although the high hells image is going to haunt me for days...) and the gentle care he shows for the Doctor. Lovely stuff.

I'm not actually one for introspection pieces either - reading them or writing them, but this one sort of sauntered into my head and sat down. I'm glad you took a chance on it though :D and that you liked it! I'm always a little perturbed when I see Turlough being a bit too emo (I mean, we all know he is, but still), and I did wonder if he seemed a little too much in this, but I'm glad you don't think so. It's nice to hear what you liked about it, and just for the record, I have NO idea where the high heels image came from, except some sort of random thought that they probably don't have them on Trion, and I thought he might be curious as to what they were enough to try them on...
It made sense in my head.

True, but it can depend (I find) on what version of his filled-out backstory you follow. I mean, some of the more canon material can make him completely different. Plus, I know I was a little guilty of making him look ridiculous once (on my harddrive, I promptly deleted it).
