(no subject)
WELL! It was nice to have Marc here this weekend...even though there's not much to do. We are not really one of those couples who always has to go out though. We're content staying in and playing Castle Crashers and watching Alton Brown. My parents love him, so it's not a big deal for him to visit. I wasn't able to go down there on MY weekend, which was today and yesterday...I was sick with a stomach bug. I am going pretty stir crazy since I have been home three days straight, so tomorrow I'm going to do some banking and maybe hit up Kohl's and Barnes and Noble. I NEED Fables Vol. 4...Marc got me addicted. ~*~*~Snow White x Bigby 4 lyfe~*~*~.
I spent the entire day sleeping really late, playing WoW, and re-watching season one of Dexter.
I feel fat and lazy.
Tomorrow is back to work...another work week before I can see Marc again...waah! But the week after next we are going out of town and we're going to spend some time at the new Conservatory of Sciences in San Francisco! Rainforest room here I come! Maybe I can convince him to come to the Haight too since it's so darn close. Ah, I miss my old SF stomping grounds. Cocktail rolls at the Chinese bakeries on Clement Street. Spending hours at Amoeba on a rainy day looking for DVD bargains. Playing tennis in the Presidio. 4 AM breakfast at Denny's after Death Guild. Hiking up the MANY UPHILL BLOCKS to tjcrowley's to drink Dr. Pepper and watch movies. Harassing Corey at the comic book store. Passing notes in class with Arian. Putting $0.00 price tags on James when he wasn't looking at GameStop. All the good things about SF. There are so many more. Right now I don't have those kind of adventures anymore. I know there will be another time in my life that will be exciting and new and full of amazing places and people. I just have to be patient.
I am both bored and not bored with WoW. It's hard to explain. I can't raid anymore since I work during raid times, so all my gear is shit and my guildies are so bored with Naxx they're either farming it or running their alts. I'm not a hardcore raider but I do enjoy a raid once or twice a week. I miss full Kara clears and Hyjal. Naxx is not as pretty as Kara. The music is not as cool. The story is not as interesting. And that urn I worked so hard to get to summon Nightbane is worthless! FML.
At this point I'm just ranting and have nothing of consequence to say. So I bid you goodnight.
P.S. I deleted my Twitter. I fucking hate Twitter. That is all.
