The economy is killing me
hurrr... *iz ded*
The country's economy soared 7.5 percent in the second quarter of the year. This is very good, really, the fastest pace of growth in two decades. (story here) But damn if making this story didn't mush up my brain. If you do get to read it, you'll notice that it's not too good. Mediocrity, much?
There are times when I love my job because it's a challenge every step of the way. Making sense out of numbers is not easy especially if you hate numbers. But getting this done gives me an unparalleled sense of achievement, (and pays the bills), so I plod on. I also get to stretch my limits which is good.
But there are days, like today, when I get stretched a bit too much. And all I get to say is guh, and all I get to do is *headdesk* and all I look to for comfort is betaing a nice and fluffy Ron/Hermione fic. And futsal tomorrow. Maaaaannn. I need some loving.
