Jenny, Pethero and I won the diary writing competition for the High School. So I nabbed a set of playing cards. That'll do nicely for D of E since my last set disintegrated in the rain on the last D of E expedition. It also appears that apart from doing the real D of E expedition with Jayna, we will also be joined by two boys from the Grammar ( Read more... )

BAD ALEX BAD BAD BAD BAD BAD ALEX

you dont have a double chin, and no spare tyres, ok, youre not a size 8, how many people are? (if theere were loads id have to slim down to keep my skinny advantage) its obvious you feel bad about yourself so lets look at someone youre size. sophie colinson? she looks purty and sophisticated but stilla size 12 or whatever. if you feel your weight is the worst thing then change it! itll be hard but you can do it. your diet seems ok but i wouldnt eat chocoalte, biscuits, cakes, unless you need a treat. the trick is to eat the same amount of food but with less calories. number 2) EXCERISE. a 1.5hrs p.e lesson is not nearly enough to stave off wieght gain. humans are animals, who are designed to hunt/flee. if u look at bushmen they all have 6 packs due to their lifestyle where they use their bodies to hunt. in a modern culture, they might just have been paunchy like the rest of us. therefore excersize. a riding lesson isnt enough either, you dont tend to feel tired afterwads-thighs and arms hurt yes but not out of breeath- focus on an area you hate particulary, its all about how you view yourself so say (purely hypothetical) your bum is a prob;lem area for you, but in actual fact your tummy is bad too, then work on the bum because that will give you more confidence. you have a dog so thatll help, take him for a run, not a walk. do sit ups, or squats and bit by bit youll get to where you want to be.

btw, if this totally dosnt connect with you, or you dont actually want to loose weight and ive got the wrong end of said stick then just ignore it. i offer an apology if needeed.

Sorry, I phrased that very badly. What I meant was that I looked like that in the photos and I mean that I usually look like that in photos (but obviously not in real life according to your comment) regardless of how fat/thin I am at the time.
