I have discovered that Joshua Lyman is not the only person from my workplace who has joined up here. I have also found the diary entries of CJ Cregg, the Press Secretary and Jed Bartlet, the President. I thought now would be a good opportunity to mention that.
It is utterly and totally inevitable that soon most people from my workplace will have a journal here. Oh, this means that I can't write anything more personal here - what use is a journal if I can't do that? Well, it's not as if I can get fired for being upset after work, is it? I'll only know that for sure when my boss signs up ... unless he's done so already, which I hope to God has not happened.
I'm sure that I will live through it, though. Really, there are the happy parts of my life, too. And there are the exciting parts ... actually, the most exciting part of my life recently was on the way to work last Friday when I was almost killed, but, you know, I wasn't, so here I am, definitely not wishing that I was.
Hey, it seems I have work to do, you know, because I work in the White House. Yes ... I do ... and I enjoy every moment of it.
