If I didn't already knew that people who work with trains are mad-

I would be convinced after today.

The movie of choice was Thomas the Tank Engine. It was either that or Dr. Mabuse's Testament

The music was tango. I've been promised Chinese opera for tomorrow.

Snobben (which means the Dandy) an immaculate and utterly proper-looking gentleman in his late fifties, emerged from behind my computer screen with a manic grin and a big knife.

I think I will like it just fine here.

Yesterday was lovely, me and some other people from Gustafs Skål (in ordinary clothes) went to see The Marriage of Figaro at the theatre at Drottningholm. It's a genuine 18th century theatre. The costumes were so so, but the singing was superb. And as I was sitting on second row I also noticed that Count Almaviva was quite hot. After we had dinner together, and all in all had a good time.

But we have a woman in the society that drives me bonkers. She is never, ever, satisfied with anything. She always finds something to complain about. Yesterday she was malcontent with her seats and actually left after the second act. I have never seen her smile, or say something positive. She is also a very rude woman, constantly breaking into conversation with irrelevant things, taking no concern about other.

Also, she has been living in Sweden for more than 10 years, and refuses to speak Swedish. Granted, she can go along as she is American, and most Sweden speak English. But I think it's quite arrogant to move to a country and the expects people to speak your native language. She is also constantly trying to get the society to celebrate American holidays, and gets very upset when no one is interested. Gustafs Skål doesn't even celebrate Swedish holidays.

Now, I hope you understand that it's not because she is American that I can't stand her. *smooch American parts of f-list* She would be a rude, cultural ignorant and boring woman whatever country she was from. And I'm normally quite tolerant, but she drive me mad!
