Music galore...

So I'm sick of studying. Amazing, though, how the last few weeks begin to make sense when you sit down with the material for a few hours. Hm. Wonder why that might be.

For all college students!! Washington-Idaho Symphony TONIGHT at Beasley, 8:00pm. Must come. It'll be awesome!!! They're performing La Forza del Destino Overture (Verdi), Suite from the Ballet "The Incredible Flutist" (Piston), and New World Symphony No. 9 (Dvorak). I mean, think about it people, The New World!! How much better can it get? And the best part... free for WSU students with ID! I don't know 'bout you Idaho peoples. But it can't be more than $10 which is a majorly cheap night of high level performances!

Another note of music... Take 6 rocks. I just finally discovered them (isn't that so sad?) but they're a kind of urban gospel, acapella (with lots of creative percussive sounds), jazzy type group. Yea, majorly cool. I think I'm driving my roommate crazy with them so I've resigned to listening to them on headphones. Meh. So yea, majorly majorly awesome!!

I finally got my graduation thing figured out. I'm walking in the spring and transferring to WSU Vancouver at the end of this year for my final semester. So, this is my last year in Pullman. It's rather depressing, really. No doubt, it's gonna be great being home, but honestly, Pullman is almost more home than Vancouver. College is an awesome time of life. I'm really gonna miss it. But then, it'll be nice living with my mom again... I've missed her alot. And a boyfriend... but men aren't all THAT important, right? *sheepish grin*
