astral travel
Hubby and I have been studying with the Gnostic Center for 3 weeks now.
We have learned a great deal, and have met some wonderful people.
Our first lecture series is on dreams and astral projection.
This morning I experienced my first aware/awake astral dream.
Wolfgang (our teacher) has given us some tips on traveling in the astral,
one is to pull on your finger during a dream if you realize you are dreaming and ask
"am I in the physical or astral?"
I did this and changed my location, not waking up. I was transported to this life here that I live, but in a different era.
So many things I saw, too many to try and explain via typed word.
I intended on helping out my sister with her young son in the astral, and was indeed in Nova Scotia, then the water became too high and that is when I grabbed my hands and was transported home. It was only when hubby opened my bedroom door that I did wake up, realizing that all I had experienced was indeed in the 5th dimension. Amazing experience. I will learn to travel for real during these times, ask questions of my Spirit Guides, and gather information to help myself, and my family.

I awoke feeling bright, powerful and energized.
A source of power, strength and energy awaits you all.... all you have to do is believe.
All of my sisters, my mother, my cousins, everyone will in time be healing and growing with the power received in the 5th dimension.
