God Jesus Dude

So its like 3 or something so I decided to do a little research project. I've been reading LJ entries of random people from 9/11/2001 and 9/12/2001. Its so surreal and jolts me back to the day in question.

There was this one girl who had put in two entries around 7:30 AM (before it all) about how much she hated her neighbor and then it changed to her crying bc a fellow worker of her's lost her husband in one of the doomed airplanes.
The thing that I had forgotten was the fear that everyone had. Every entry I've read has started with something like "I'm insanely scared."
People also realized that it was a end of an era and a beginning of a new era.
Then there are the angry people: "STUPID FUCKING BASTARDS! I HOPE THEY ROT IN FUCKING HELL FOR THIS!" Nuf said.
Predictions of the future were also popular. Some were right on target.

I thought this made sense: "Something like 'DIE HARD 5,.....thousand'"

A strange thing to experience is visiting a LJ written by someone who died on 9/11. [Flashman] His last entry was 9/10 and his "Current Mood" was "Loved". Oh my god........ His last entry got 934 comments, count them: nine hundred thirty four comments. Death is something LJ deals with in an organized manner.
Sorry to be all rambly but its now 3:50 AM and Jacqui will be coming online again soon so g'nite fellow folks

Jacqui is having a Queer as Folk Party ALL INVITED!
