You know when you say you're never going to do something ever again.....
Well, I've been sitting here on my day off work, doing absolutely nothing, apart from mooching around LoTR fandoms (odd very odd, I'm no big fan of LoTR but I must admit to a more than passing fancy for Aragorn), which now after seeing some of the...what are they called?....oh yeah 'manips', well I think I've found another way to keep myself warm at night.
I'm back here through boredom. Plain and simple and I also like to hear the sound of my fingers tapping away at the keys (without looking mind you) at approximately 63 words per minute. Ok, prior to smacking the backspace key repeatedly - which surely accounts for at least 30 of those 63 words - that have an average accuracy of...not a very high number, but it feels good. Perhaps this is the start of something big. A return to general communication perhaps? Yeah riiiight. I may even finish beta'ing that fic of Painless' *cringes with shame while she looks up and notices that Damocles has been at her ceiling again*.
Oh and I'm having a major sulk because half the world has got Lichtspielhaus and I haven't. Sod you stupid Electron card for being my reason why I can't place orders for things I really must have over the internet..Oh well, roll on next monday. I'm sure there's a saying somewhere that goes along the lines of 'the longer you wait, the better it is'. I've never experienced it though.
If instant gratification wasn't so valid, it wouldn't have such a good name.
