I hate AZN chicks.
Note the AZN. So tonight I went out with my friend Kris to a new club in sf called 'Fluid.' Talk about a generic club name. Had a decent time there, was semi-drunk before I arrived and had a few more well-mixed drinks courtesy the rather attractive blonde barkeep (aren't they all?). Also danced with various ladies. One girl however, I danced with for half the night, off and on and exchanging a few charged eye contacts. By the end of the night, I asked her for her number. She shook her head 'no.' Having some clue this was coming, and wanting to make her feel like a racist bitch, I then asked: "I'm not asian enough for you, am I?" to which she replied with another nodded 'no' head.
Fuck. I hate people like that. She had been dancing in a circle of asian girls all night, and the only one who was 'officially' allowed in was a geriatric asian programmer guy; and I saw the looks they exchanged when he joined. They clearly were not pleased he was the one to be there, and knew he was as inept a dancer as everyone else saw. Not only was she a terrible tease (I maintain that it's impossible to accidentally freak someone), but she then proceeded to shut me down because I was white. Not that I mind that I was shut down. . . it's just that she gave the reasoning that a (stupid) three year old gives when they do something. . . not a (supposedly) grown adult. I just can't stand people who think there is some quota they have to fill, and some culturally applied 'type' of person whom they're destined to be with, and fuck all the people that pop up in the meantime.
I'd be bitter and tell them to go to hell, but that's really not like me is it? So instead I'll wish them well in their misbegotten endeavors and secretly hope they rot in hell in the meantime. Ain't I a bastard?
Gah. Maybe it's this damn holiday coming up that makes me ubersensitive to these issues. But still, I want to slap that girl, and tell her she's not worth anybody's time.
