Minions contest. Prizes! Fun!
If you've read VAMPED, you may know that I'm all about the minions. I mean, come on, what good is eternity without an entourage. Or anything else for that matter? So, I'm taking a page out of Dr. Horrible’s Sing-a-Long Blog and their fab video applications for the Evil League of Evil (samples here). That's right, I'm throwing a huge contest for more BFFs, like the whole Paris Hilton thing except that I'm totally not her. I think it'll be fun for all and will, hopefully, help spread the word about the September 1st release of ReVAMPED.
Anyway, here are the deets. Feel free to enter early and often!
-create a video “application” to tell me why you’d make an amazing minion. Style, theatricality and humor all encouraged.
-send it to me at ginasminions @gmail.com (though without the space between ginasminions and @), along with a filled in, signed version of the statement below.
It’s as simple as that. Four finalists will be chosen and posted on my blog(s) by August 15th. The winner will be chosen on August 31st, the day before ReVamped officially hits shelves! The grand prize winner receives a Flip Ultra Video Camera, and the three runners-up $25 Barnes & Noble gift cards.
Spread the word, send video and, most of all, have FUN!
