Being social~ :D
Yesterday was a lot of fun. :DD<3 I had some friends over for my birfday which was on Thursday. Larissa, Kevin and Lexie all came over. :) We went out to eat at Applebees and then went to see Alice in Wonderland. Applebees was DELICIOUS!! I forgot how good it was there. o_o; For dessert I had this brownie ice cream thing and when you bit into the brownie this hot chocolate fudge came out of it and it was sooo good. <3___<3 Larissa AND Lexie told our waitress that it was my birthday and they sung to me. -_-; Fml. That's two places that I had to deal with people singing for my birthday. D:< Well at least my birthday is officially over now so I won't have to deal with people singing anywhere else. >:3 I was really full after we left. xD; Then afterwards we went to the movies to see Alice in Wonderland. It was raining so freakin' hard yesterday!! Kevin is an amazing driver, we got everywhere safely and it wasn't a scary ride. :') He's the only one of my friends that I would trust to drive in the rain like that. The movie was okay. Not amazing at all, though. It really wasn't as good as I thought it would be. ^^; I wasn't exactly DISAPPOINTED, 'cause the movie definitely didn't suck but ehhh, not that fabulous. I wouldn't watch it a second time. This could just be my opinion, though, so don't decide to not go see it just because of my opinion! You could very well love the movie. xD; First of all it wasn't really Alice in Wonderland. It was more like...Alice returns to Wonderland but isn't really Alice Through the Looking Glass? Idk how to explain it. And it doesn't help that I don't remember the original Alice in Wonderland at all, and I never read/saw Alice Through the Looking Glass. I also thought the ending was kind of mean. :( The Red Queen was a bitch, duh, but everyone made fun of her for having a big head. D: And she wanted to rule ~Wonderland because she was the older sister but the White Queen was getting to rule 'cause she was pretty. What type of message does that teach children? xD; Idk. The movie was just alright for me. :P But it was lulzy in a way because Kevin and I can't watch ANYTHING together without making comments during it. xD; We always talk ABOUT the movie but we say lulzy things and make fun of even the best movies. Alice had the prettiest ouftits!! I wanted to wear them!! *__* So pretty!! My favorite was the one that the Red Queen gave her. It was so poofy and looked all lolita-esque! :'D Which reminds me that I really do love lolita dresses. I would never wear one out because I'd look ridiuclous, but I think they're super pretty for cosplay or photography and stuff. :) One day when I get a job I'm going to buy a lot of lolita dresses just to play around in. Plus I enjoy taking artsy pictures of myself so that would be fun too. The one thing that actually annoyed me about the movie was the fact that they changed Cheshire Cat's colors!! DDD:< They made him gray and aqua!! NO. THAT'S NOT RIGHT. HE'S SUPPOSED TO BE PURPLE!! Obviously there were A LOT of differences between the original Disney movie and this one (if I saw the Disney version recently I would probably be able to point all of them out. I should rent the movie sometime soon... I'm curious. Plus I've been wanting to see it for a loooong time anyway. I have an Alice in Wonderland garbage pail of the Disney version and I don't even remember it! xD Fail!!) but for some reason the color change of the Cheshire Cat bugged me a lot. >_>;
After all of that we went back to my house and after everyone left it was just Larissa and I. She slept over. :) YAY! We don't actually get to have that many sleepovers anymore 'cause she works on weekends. We could hang out next weekend too, though, because she's not on the schedule again. \o/ We slep until 1:30...omg ew. xD; But in our defense (or my defense 'cause Larissa always sleeps until that time anyway.) it was time to spring forward the clocks. :P So teeeechnically it was 12. The clock just said otherwise. Daylights Savings time is so weird. It always confuses me. ^^; While Larissa was over we had a bit of a ~heart to heart~. Aww, how sweet. xD I really do love my best friend. :') ♥ I wish I was better at talking about myself, though. I always feel like I'm being selfish if I bring up myself, I feel guilty if what I say makes the other person sad orrrr I'll feel like they don't care and I'm just being annoyed, I always second-guess telling the person in the middle of it and then in the end I just end up feeling stupid no matter what happened. ^^; As I've said before; I HATE FEELING STUPID. Least favorite feeling in the world. This is probably why I avoid talking about my problems/feelings. It's just easier. Less stress. ^^; For the record I'm not actually sad or anything right now, it's just an observation while I'm on the topic. xD; I don't actually feel ~better when I talk about my feelings/problems, either. To be completely honest it actually makes me feel shitty afterwards. -_-; I don't know. I'm a big weirdo. Bah. But I'm happy Larissa opened up to me. I hope she'll continue to do so. :) It makes me feel like a better friend when someone tells me personal things or confides in me.
Larissa bought me presents!! I felt bad because I couldn't get her anything for HER birthday. :( I started writing her a fanfic but I haven't finished. I plan on getting it done but ffffuuuu I'm so bad at doing things!! Dx I really love what she bought me, though. :'D She got me a Hello Kitty keychain, a Flapjack keychain, Hello Kitty earrings, a Hello Kitty necklace and a Hello Kitty t-shirt. I got so much Hello Kitty stuff for my birthday this year!! My mom got me a bunch of Hello Kitty stuff too!! YAY! :D I love Hello Kitty~
I think getting my third lobe piercing will be a go next Saturday. :DD Lexie said that she wanted to get her nose re-pierced because it closed up, so she agreed to go with me. Larissa agreed to go too and even Kevin said that he'd join just so he could hang out with us and we could watch movies back at my house. There's a tattoo/piercing place across the street from my mom's job so I guess we'll go there unless Lexie knows of a better place. She had her nose pierced before, has her ears gauged, has a tattoo andddd a belly button ring and everything ended up safe and wonderful so I think I might go where she went. xD Not that I think anything will happen with my piercing especially because it's only my earlobe, but still. :P I don't know when I'm going to be getting my hair dyed and cut, yet. It's a matter of making sure my hair stylist is there the same day that my mom has off and can take me. I really can't wait! Not even just for the dye job, but for the haircut too!! My hair is pretty long now...longer than it has been for a while. I miss my short hair!! I think it looks better on me because I have a little face, plus it's easier for me to style since I'm so lazy. :P Also short hair doesn't get as frizzy and out of control as long hair so...I miss that too. I got caught in the rain yesterday so my hair looks disgusting right now. I haven't seen it this frizzy in a while!! xD;;; I'm not even going to bother washing it and trying to fix it, though, because the weather is still gross today and I know washing it won't really do aything. Hopefully it'll be nicer tomorrow.
