A boring Night
Hello Everyone,
I finally decided that I need to talk to the world. After reading Kiersten's all of the time, even though she never writes in it, I thought I should get one to.
I went for a four mile walk this evening. It is my first time of exercise since surgery, other than therapy. I was excited. I really want to get back into the swing of things and get back into shape. But my doc told me that it will take me 1.5 to 2 years to get my shoulder back to where it used to be. That wasn't exciting to hear.
The doc also said that I only have 5 more weeks of therapy left!!! Yeah for me!!! After that, I am never doing therapy again. Three years is enough for a girl!!!
I am getting super excited to head down to Kiersten's on Friday. It will a great time. Plus I am excited to get away from everything up here and relax for a while. This is going to be my vacation for the year so it better be good.
