I dislike religion that glorifies suffering myself. All it ever did was make me cranky. I fail to see any good coming of that.
I may have the face the fact that full time work of any sort is out of the question for me. I haven't worked full time since 1984, for Christ's sake! That's when I creamed my neck and back working at a mill. Between the constant mental shifts and fibro coming and going, and the horrendous job market here, ha! as far as any kind of work I can support a family on, much less myself.
Boy we are full of the Puritan work ethic still, aren't we? AS a country I mean. That should have disappeared with hoop skirts and ducking stools, it's the worst kind of thinking.
Doesn't take much to stress me out these days, I'm still not getting full benefit of medication, and may need some more adjustments. This is going to take months or even a year to get straightened out from what I'm told or what I read.
I may need other meds for the depression aspect of this, a non SRI one, obviously. Seroquil or something...we'll see.
Right now I'm having more swings than a playground, ugh. Rapid cycling. Feel okay for a few hours then WHAMMO, major depression, then a mood lift, then back down again.
