Got kicked out of my parents' house recently because of a big fight with my dad. Had to give them my car, my laptop, and my phone. Now I'm back living with Jacob, I sold some jewelry to get a new laptop (a pink Acer Aspire--it is awesome!! And very tiny!!), and I am desperately looking for a job within biking distance of the apartment. All I can say is that bicycle was the best thing to buy with my high school graduation money. I can't go back to school at CMU in the Fall because I can't afford it, even though I signed up for financial aide, and even though it would have been my final semester and I would have graduated in December. That last part kind of sucks the most.
But whatever, you know? Things will be alright. I stood up for what I believe in and if my dad's got a problem with that he can suck it.
I got a new laptop, and it is awesome, and I'm working on a novel (though I never put stock in that when people say that so I guess I don't really expect anyone else to--also, I think everyone tries to write a book at some point), and things will be OK sooner or later. I'll find some sort of job somewhere. At least I'm hoping really hard that I will. I don't want to be a burden on anyone so I'm trying to keep myself useful at the very least, if I can't find myself a job.
So yeah. I have some new screen names and a new e-mail address now that I don't have access to my other accounts, and I thought I'd post them here in case you wanted to reach me and haven't seen on facebook that I no longer have a phone. I'll probably be online quite often until I can find a job, so if you need to reach me, either sign on or send an e-mail. =) I hope everyone else is having a good summer so far.
