It's about closing your eyes

So by now, you're all probably sick of looking at the "dolce" entry. Hey, I can't help it that I'm everyone's sweetheart.

I'll do my best to avoid the stereotypical timeline entry, getting you up to speed on everything that's happened since I last posted. There's simply too much to cover. I've avoided posting until now because up to this point, it would have just been one of those "I haven't written anything in so long, I'd better post so people won't think I've died or been abducted by extra-terrestrials or am trapped under something heavy."

Spring break was relaxing (and too short, I might add). Thanks again to Reagan for letting me stay at the house. Everyone there helped contribute to one of my most memorable spring breaks ever. My music theory class had a discussion the following Monday about how spring break really should be two weeks long instead of just one. Then you get a week to do whatever you want, cut loose and have fun. After that you get another week to sleep, chill out, and recupe for school. All in favor, we'll send a petition up to Bob at Flowerhill.

To those of you whom I prohibited from using the "b-word" before...now you may do so. I'm what they call "attached." :) I can already hear the chorus of I knew it!s.

Yesterday was AKL Informal, as Baker called it. It was an amazing time to say the least. The boys did a wonderful job planning everything and I'd say it was more fun than any regular formal could ever be. I mean, we had Chattanooga, Gulf Shores, Gatlinburg, and Memphis all in one day (and all without ever leaving Alabama).

Also, no longer a teenager, kids. The only thing cool about being twenty instead of nineteen is getting to say that you're twenty. For some reason, it just sounds a lot older than nineteen. Otherwise, no significant difference. I'm starting my third decade on this planet, and so far I like where it's going. Where is it going? Heck if I know. I guess we'll see.
