Good morning from Bandung. Have been residing in my boarding house since yesterday's evening, but I've got to get back home this afternoon and continue living here on Saturday. There are a lot of college events that will take place next week, starting Monday so it really saddens me to think that the time is just around the corner and I've only got more or less two days left. Well, I'm going to use those remaining days to the fullest.
The room is quite nice except that it has less windows than my own bedroom has and I hate to turn on light in morning/afternoon but it'll be moderately dark. I've got bathroom inside the room and it's not bad (though I expected it to be larger and cleaner at some point). When it comes to night, it's so quite here and that's what I like it. I thought it would be so cold at night but I was mistaken. The air is even in night, not too cold but not hot either. Well, yesternight was the first night I spent here so I didn't really get many things to do, and boy how I hate unpacking. Okay so, and then I slept, a bit uncomfortably because I left my bolster and bed cover at home but when I woke up this morning (around 6 AM), what the hell it suddenly got that cold! But I was still sleepy probably in cause of the cold so I got up at 7. Oh and another thing is, I tremendously hate waking up to chatting people. I don't know why, I just do and it's like I can do anything about that. But I have to go with it if I want to live here. But good thing is, I woke up all by myself! Without the help of an alarm or a phone call of a friend (which I insisted him to make a phone call around that time since I was afraid that I might end up overslept. Oh and I'm going to go out with some of my friends this morning. One of them asked me to accompany them to look around for boarding houses (Hence the reason why I persuaded him to wake me up this morning).
I also haven't known any of my neighbors here in this boarding house and I haven't got the chance to introduce myself to them, but I'm a little bit confused of what to do. Striking a conversation? Probably, but what about is still unknown. I seriously hope I soon will get to talk with them seniors because I have tons of things to ask. Much better if they're from the same faculty as me.
Right, I actually have many things I'd like to share here about this house but I'm starved. Haha. Gonna grab something. Have a pleasant morning.
