Actually, your dessert loosely inspired my dinner tonight: I made spelt crepes, and filled them with sliced strawberries and vanilla agave nectar :)

(Also I know that feel re: drinking a ton of water before doing, well, anything. I swear I live in a permanent state of needing to pee)
