Also I am now, unabashedly, a Spashley/Milby fan.

And we can't forget Girltrash. They're coming out with a movie this year named "GirlTrash! All night long".

Although the performances in this show can be pretty lacklustre the writing is really fresh and witty without being over compensating and mature-beyond-their-years. I really respect the way they handle the issues dealt with in the series (even though they do tend to blow out some issues further out then they need to go to get the point) it's actually, probably the most mature-minded after school special program I have seen to date (including Degrassi: the next gen) that deals with truly appropriate issues of the time.

For instance during the second season one of the main teenage characters becomes addicted to prescription medication instead of your typical speed or ecstasy episode where some character decides to try drugs and ends up in hospital the very first time they use.

I'm also really enjoying an after school special that has a decent plot arc even if the episode arcs become a little predictable. The audience feels rewarded by hanging on to the cliffhangers and does not fail to dissappoint (for it's rating and timeslot). There are even some rather more adult lines injected for the M rated audience to decipher, which really makes me feel like the writers intended for all ages to be enjoying the show, whilst still ensuring the show would not be pulled off air for stepping past it's PG boundaries.

In shprt I have found a new fandom to lurk in as I rarely actually contribute to fandoms :p
