Bit the bullet and applied to some temping agencies.
Changing my career path is a little bit scary. Customer Service and hospitality would have been so excellent to fall back on. But I've faced up to reality, life isn't meant to be a back up plan, you're just meant to live the fuck out of it. If I want to do what I want, I need a serious job with a bit of serious cash. I never thought I'd actually be closer to what I would want to do by doing administration work but I really need to qualify myself with some of these skillz...so that I can do it for myself a couple years down the track. I want my own empire? I have to earn it...not just think it's going to sail in front of my nose.
I think I've been under that presumption far too long. It's been my life long dream to fuse my love of art and my love of facilitation and organisation...now...I'M GONNA OWN THAT SHIT.
